Why did Richard only marry Cindy after Endy was 5 years old? 

Why did Richard say he was the only parent/guardian to Endy on his Social Security documentation?
Why did Richard never apply for Cindy's visa as a spouse to come to the United States?
Why did Richard put the house in his 5 year old sons name and not Cindys?
Why did Richard keep and file documents in the United States that Cindy is to get nothing upon his death?

Why did Richard make a will in Costa Rica stating that Cindy does not get it "all" as she claims?
Why did Richard send friends and family emails stating facts about 
Cindy's past, behavior, and actions? 

Why did Richard have three attorneys fighting Cindy at the time of his death? 

THE BIGGEST WHY: WHY WOULD A WOMAN YOUNG ENOUGH TO BE HIS GRAND DAUGHTER HAVE TO DO WITH RICHARD???

And why would a woman he only knew Richard for less than 10 percent of his life ever claim that his other children/family have no rights????

She posted just a month after Richard passed away. Go ahead, look at the posted date:

THE WHERE'S... MORE DISTURBING THAN THE WHY'S

Where was Cindy when Richard laid in the hospital dying? Because Cindy was not at his side as any caring human being would. She notified his children in the United States that he was taken to the hospital by ambulance via facebook messenger. She didn't even have the decency to call them. 

Where was Cindy the day after Richard passed away and his children arrived and sat for 6 hours in the hospital? She had the gull to stop by the hospital to have Richard's body moved without allowing Richard's children to see their father and they had to travel to San Jose (5 hours) to see him. Richard's children didn't even know Cindy was in the hospital until a statement was given by the hospital staff. She was there and never even greeted Richard's children or extended her condolences. (Richard's children was stuck with the medical bills. Where was her contribution?)

Where was Cindy when his children from Florida paid for Richards Medical Bills and funeral costs? She was going through Richards personal belongings and taking what she wanted for herself.

Where was Cindy when Richards memorial service was held? She was throwing away Richards unwanted things. 

Where was Cindy when back taxes and unpaid bills and debts were being paid? She was with her attorney filing to claim EVERYTHING RICHARD HAD. SHE CLAIMS RICHARD'S CHILDREN DESERVE NOTHING.



THIS WOMAN MERELY USED RICHARD DURING HIS LAST YEARS ALIVE AND POSSIBLY WAS THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF STRESS THAT TOOK HIS LIFE. 6 MONTHS AFTER HIS DEATH AND SHE IS OUT AND ABOUT AS NOTHING HAPPENED. LIFE IS GOOD - LIFE IS GREAT. SHE DOESN'T WANT TO WORK, ONLY SITS BACK AND COLLECTS SOCIAL SECURITY AND SELLS OFF RICHARD'S PERSONAL ITEMS. SHE IS ALSO COLLECTING SOCIAL SECURITY FOR WIDOW BENEFITS.


INSTEAD OF GETTING A JOB SHE IS A FULL-TIME FACEBOOKER - SITTING ON FACEBOOK. YOU ARE PAYING FOR PEOPLE LIKE THIS WHEN PAYING UNITED STATES TAXES. STAND UP AND LET HER KNOW - THIS IS WRONG! SOCIAL SECURITY IS BEING ABUSED BY PEOPLE LIKE THIS!

Great News for Richard's kids! As it should be. Cindy lost her claim. HOWEVER, She has decided to appeal the case out of spite which is not going to change the outcome but only waste money on attorney fees. She is only hurting herself and making herself look bad. Richard had a specific will and instructions. While there was not time to present all evidence, Richard's family has had more time to collect additional information as to who Cindy really is and how she conducts her life. I can only imagine that any sympathy Richard's kids had for her is long gone and in my opinion, she should be left at the stake and made a public display for what she is doing to them. 

She is collecting $1,800 per month from social security. $1800 x 12 = $21,600 per year. Now, she will make this until Endy is 18 years of age. Average Costa Rican makes less than half of that. Cindy is in her 30's. She does not have any medical conditions that prevents her from real work. So if she wants to be richer than she already is, she can.

Endy has a brand new house free and clear and fully furnished. 

What judge in their right mind would ever even consider a different outcome??? 

Cindy is a backstabbing, money hungry whore who will find her day in a bigger court. The court of life and she, like the rest of us will stand before God and be judged for her sins. 

I don't know how things are done in Costa Rica, but a true Christian would not be a whore who lies, steals, and intentionally does deceitful things unto others. May God show wrath for she is abusing his name and good nature.
